Shipping & Handling FAQ
- Is everything available for shipping?
- Yes, everything that is listed on our site is available for shipping upon credit card approval.
- When will my order ship?
- Orders ship upon credit card approval.
- Can I ship to a PO Box?
- Yes, we just ask that you are cognizant of size requirements for some packages.
- Can I send a package to Alaska, Hawaii or a foreign address?
- Yes we can.
- How is shipping calculated?
- We calculate shipping by weight and/or size of packages.
- When is my credit card charged?
- Your credit card is charged when your order is placed and confirmed by OFIS Communications.
- What sort of order confirmation will I receive?
- We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail after you have submitted your order and reviewed it.
Refunds and Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
We ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the you received them and in their original packaging.
- Customers pay for return shipping.
- Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. We will take care of everything.
- Once our warehouse staff receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and, within 30 days, apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, after your credit is applied, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for it to post to your account.
