What does “OFIS” stand for exactly?: We get this a lot, and it is actually an acronym for Office Furniture Interior Solutions. What’s interesting is when we were approached by one of our customers who had taken our company name, based on the experience they had with our Day-2 support, and came up with Our Focus Is Service! As you could imagine, this resonated internally with our teams, and sometimes we use this when we are meeting with customers or prospective customers.
How can OFIS Communications help our business?: We specialize in Voice & Data Cabling, Telephony, and Video Conferencing communications. Whether your need involves a single company location with 5 users, or an enterprise wide deployment to multi-national sites with 20,000 users, we are ready to work with you.
How are you able to offer complementary support to us?: It’s really quite simple actually. We will work diligently to earn your trust and business, and for that we will yield a fair profit which will be used to improve our performance, further educate our associates, and generally re-invested back into our company. We cannot control the prices that are extended to us by the manufacturer’s, however we do have full control on the costs associated with the partner support we provide our customers. For this type of support, we choose not to charge for this. The quality of products we deliver, coupled with the quality implementation of the technology you have purchased allows us to walk away from the installation with virtually no reservations or concerns. We guarantee a delightful experience upon completion of the project, and this minimizes the need for us to address most of the technical doubts or concerns that are typically experienced during post installation.
