Whether your need is local or across the pond, we are available to you by phone, email or remotely, Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm to assist.
Our competitors see day-2 support as a secondary revenue stream with their customers, and typically, will provide the service that is needed for a hefty fee. This is where we are different! We believe in our products, people and you… the customer, and our primary concern is making sure that you always have a great experience with your technology investment, as well as with us. Our Day-2 Support philosophy is simple…we do not charge for Telephone, Remote Dial-In and On-Site Support services. As long as our customers purchase their solutions from us, and maintain a current service and support plan with the manufacturers of the purchased products, we will provide these supplemental services at no additional costs, and teach our customers how to fix the problem or event, empowering them to become more self-sufficient!
